Updated Cancellation Policy


Updated Cancellation Policy for Business Mentorship Calls with The Performer’s Guide.

Due to an extraordinary amount of last minute cancellations, I will be enacting a stricter cancellation policy going forward.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled Business Mentorship Call. However, to ensure the smooth operation of my business and to serve my clients efficiently, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

⚠️ If you need to cancel or reschedule your Business Mentorship Call, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

⚠️ If you cancel your Business Mentorship Call less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will lose the call or be charged for the full session fee if it needs to be rescheduled. (Call value is $100 regardless of discount provided)

⚠️ If you do not show up for your scheduled Business Mentorship Call and do not provide me with any prior notice, you will be charged for the full session fee. (Call value is $100 regardless of discount provided)

⚠️ if you miss 3 meetings in a row, the remaining of your calls will be cancelled with no refund given. No acceptions.

⚠️ In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. (Upon my discretion)

⚠️ I value your time, but I don’t feel like my time is being valued. I want to provide the best possible service to my clients. By adhering to this cancellation policy, I can ensure that I am able to accommodate all clients and offer the best possible service.

I ask that if you want to work with me, you need to set aside the time you scheduled and make our Call a priority. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to working with you.
